I love working with young adults transitioning into a new phase of life, whether that is going off to college, or preparing to graduate, starting a new job, moving to a new place, or ending a difficult relationship. I have had my fair share of new experiences and struggling in my own life transitions, that have left me feeling scared, uncertain, and worried if I was making the right decision. Through my own work, I came to love helping individuals move through those uncertain and sometimes conflicting feelings that come with big life changes.
I named my practice Peace Lily Counseling Services, to represent the growth that can occur if you step into the light. Peace Lilies grow in low light, but when moved into more sunlight they sprout beautiful flowers.
I would love to help you step into the light and find the joy that is hidden within you. What kind of growth will you experience when you step into the light? Let’s explore it together!
