Free Consultation Call
We will schedule a time to chat for about 15-20 minutes to see if we are a good fit. I will ask some questions to get to know you and what is bringing you to therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions. From there we will discuss options moving forward to schedule an intake session. I will then send you intake forms via a secure online portal where you can review, sign, and return the paperwork electronically before our first session.
First Session
If you decide to move forward with therapy, the first session is 60 minutes. You will get a secure video link upon scheduling that will connect us via a video call. The first session will give you time to share what is bringing you to therapy. I will ask questions about your life to get to know you better and how I can support you during our work together. We will also discuss what future sessions might look like.
Fees/Insurance
My fee is $175 for the first session (also called intake/assessment) and is 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions are $150 and are 50 minutes. I accept credit cards, debit cards, Health Savings Account (HSA), and Flexible Savings Account (FSA). I am IN network with Highmark Blue Shield and Aetna and out of network with all other insurance companies. I am able to provide a superbill upon request, if you choose to use your out of network benefits. You can check with your insurance company to see if they accept out of network providers, and you may be eligible for reimbursement. I also have limited sliding scale slots available.
Payment
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
